Growing up in the small town of Winchester, Virginia, Parker developed a profound connection with nature from an early age. Whether he was fishing at the family pond or exploring the woods in search of wildlife, his childhood was defined by a genuine appreciation for the natural world.

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia in 2020, he pursued a Masters in Finance from the University of South Florida. Following the completion of his Masters program, Parker embarked on a career as an Investment Banker in Tampa, Florida, where he spent two years navigating the complexities of the financial world.

Despite his success in finance, Parker's passion for the outdoors never waned. In October 2023, he made the decision to leave the corporate world behind and fully embrace his love for fishing and being on the water. Parker discovered a unique business opportunity in the rich supply of Sand Dollars found in St. Petersburg’s waters, which resulted in the creation of Wilson’s Sand Dollars.

Today, Parker spends his days on the Gulf, carefully hand-picking the finest Florida sand dollars for retailers all over the country. His path from a small town in the Shenandoah Valley to a thriving entrepreneur showcases his enduring enthusiasm for the outdoors and his commitment to spreading that joy, one shell at a time.
